When to call us
- the door has slammed shut with the keys inside

How we open doors
First we assess the type of door and lock. Slammed doors and most standard cylinders are opened non-destructively – with specialist tools, without drilling and without damaging the door.
If the lock is broken or has a high security rating and cannot be opened without intervention, we explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost before we start. We can also replace the cylinder on the spot, so the door can be locked securely straight away.

We only open doors for people who have the right to enter the property. Before opening we ask for an ID, and once inside – for proof of address, such as a rental agreement, a utility bill or a registration certificate. This protects you and your neighbours.
